RULES & REGULATIONS/ TERMS & CONDITIONS
As a community built on transparency & selfless service, we bring to you the laws that guide & designed to cement the good health & sustainability of Receiving Hands.
• It is a financial platform opened to committed & selfless minds
• Operates on two platforms namely Bronze & Silver.
— Bronze: A donation of N2,000 to redeem N4,000 on or before 7days
— Silver: A donation of N5,000 to redeem N10,000 on or before 7days
• Members are to one-timely REFER two (2) active members before enjoying the community's 100% endless interest benefit of donations.
• Recycling of Members' PH is compulsory & automatic
• Any fraudulent acts such as FAKE POP UPLOAD, FAKE REFERRALS, RESISTING RECYCLING amongst others shall lead to the dismembership, Interest/bonus freeze & ejection of defaulters.
• Refund request from members who are already beneficiaries of the community will lead to dismembership, Interest/bonus freeze & ejection of defaulters
— Members whose capital has been committed/input into the community before the Referral Policy was implemented are liable for Capital Refund which will be done sequentially
— Members who joined having knowledge about the existing policy will redeem Capital Refund from their Referrers directly or indirectly through the replacement of referral of the involved Referrer.
• Complaints will only be allowed to be sent to designated Admin(s) (Support) whose contact(s) will be given on request.
— Failure to strictly comply will lead to the extention of defaulters' GH merge or extinction of the defaulter(s) if it persist.
• Devoted members are liable to voluntarily apply for the following positions:
i. Support
ii. GH officers
iii. Brand/Advert
• PH Request Format:
Pher's Real Name/Whatsapp Contact/Bank/Account No/Referer
• Confirmation of PH payment will only be authenticated if;
i. The payee uploads pictorial proof of payment
ii. The paid confirms payment using the format:
Payee's Name/Amount Paid/Confirm
• Every member are expected to help in the promotional exercise of/for the community by joining (being part) of the community's Official Page: https://www.facebook.com/ReceivingHands/ through reviews, testimonial, friends' invite, shares, comments amongst others.
• The members of Administrative body of the community, their relatives & friends are eligible to be partakers, participants, members, beneficiaries like every other members of Receiving Hands.
• The growth, good health & longevity of the community will be possible through the positive collective effort of members.
